Trade Terms & Conditions
As a small business, my aim is to offer a very personal service. The T&Cs below are there to make ordering as easy as possible.
If you would like to stock our products, please contact us to discuss your requirements. We are happy to offer exclusivity, however, there maybe an occasion where 2 shops in an area stock our products. If this happens, we will ensure the shops are far enough apart for there to as little conflict of interest as possible.
The minimum order is £100.00 and delivery is free. Greeting cards are £1.05 per card and are sold in units of 6.
Goods can be delivered anywhere within the UK, however, additional charges may apply to deliveries to some parts of Scotland, Shetland and the Channel Islands.
When ordering products, please ensure you provide a business address. Goods cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses due to courier restrictions.
Orders are processed following your order confirmation and payment (for pro-forma customers), and dispatched within 5-7 days to UK customers. Please confirm your order as soon as possible to avoid any delays with printing and shipping. If this is not received within 7 days, your order may be cancelled.
If item/s arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 working days so we can arrange a replacement. If your order cannot be fulfiled we will notify you immediately. You’ll have the option of waiting for the product to become available or receive a substitute item/s.
All products and bespoke services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We aim to update the website on a regular basis and keep our customers informed.
Payment is pro-forma for the first order. Thereafter, payment terms are 30 days. All orders can be paid for via BACS, online banking or over the phone by debit/credit card, (excludes American express). We will accept payment by cheque, however, please allow up to 5 working days for your cheque to clear.
Goods are sold on a firm sale basis and remain our property until payment is received. We currently do not charge VAT. However, VAT will be applied to the print and delivery charges, and included in the grand total due.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, details of overseas shipping will be supplied upon request. Please check with your own internal postal services for delivery time frames from the UK. Please also be aware that delivery charges will vary considerably according to country. Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to additional local taxes and duties or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Please check these details before placing an order as we cannot be held responsible for these charges.
Intellectual property rights and liability
All the products displayed on this website are professionally photographed or scanned before being uploaded. Due to the fact that internet browsers differ as do monitors, please be aware that there may be slight colour discrepancies between how your computer displays my images to the printed product. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any such colour differences.
This website is owned by Gabrielle Izen. The copyright and ownership of all the images used in the products are the sole property of Gabrielle Izen. All the material contained on this site is also protected by copyright and owned by Gabrielle Izen.
If any of the images from the products are reproduced without permission from Gabrielle Izen or if any of the material on this website is copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form without seeking permission from Gabrielle Izen in writing, legal representation will be sought and violators will be prosecuted under applicable law.
