Delivery & returns

Customer orders are packed within one day. Please allow up to 5 working days for bespoke orders to be designed and produced.

Trade orders are processed following your order confirmation (or pro forma payment), and dispatched within 5-7 days to UK customers. Your order must be confirmed as soon as possible to avoid any delays with printing and shipping. If you need to delay payment and delivery, please let us know as soon as possible, otherwise if this is not received within 7 days, your order may be cancelled.  

If you are ordering from outside the UK, details of overseas/Highlands and Islands shipping will be supplied upon request. Please check with your own internal postal services for delivery time frames from the UK. Please also be aware that delivery charges will vary considerably according to country. Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to additional local taxes and duties or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Please check these details before placing an order as  we cannot be held responsible for these charges.

If your item/s arrive damaged, please contact us straight away so we can arrange a new delivery. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You’ll have the option of waiting for the product to become available or receive a substitute item/s.

All products and bespoke services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We aim to update the website on a regular basis and keep our customers informed. 

Please be aware that delivery times will vary at Christmas and other public holidays.

We are happy to accept returns. Please note the item must be returned in it's original packaging and in its original condition. You will be responsible for paying the returns postage.
